1350 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 1350 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 1350 platform who access its services via the website or mobile app.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1350 platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
To use the 1350 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Acting on your own behalf only, and not under the instruction of or on behalf of any third party.
- Not designated as a person prohibited from using such services under applicable law.
- Have full legal capacity to accept these terms and enter into a binding agreement.
1350 platform reserves the right to request identity and age verification at any time. False registration or the provision of inaccurate information may result in account closure and cancellation of any unwithdrawn balance.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1350 platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including your full name, phone number, and bank account details — is accurate, current, and genuine. Registering under a false name, another person's identity, or any misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
Password Security & Access
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 1350 platform will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, whether due to your own negligence or otherwise. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the official customer support channel.
Prohibited Conduct on the Platform
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 1350 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access or use it.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner contrary to the original intent of the offer.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 1350 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or eWallet details are accurate and held in their own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of the relevant transaction and the user's account.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe determined by your VIP tier and chosen payment method. 1350 platform reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
Any transaction dispute must be raised with the customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.
Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions
- All transactions are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
- All deposits and withdrawals must be made using an account in the registered user's name.
- Bonuses and promotional credits may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted.
- The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Any applicable transaction fees will be communicated prior to transaction confirmation.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policy
1350 platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users in connection with their use of the platform, including loss of wagered funds, technical service disruptions, or inaccurate information provided by third parties. Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risk and use this platform at their own risk.
1350 platform also makes no guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
1350 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, illegal activity, or a threat to platform security. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 1350 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 1350 platform or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Platform 1350 may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. We do not control the content of those websites and are not responsible for their privacy policies, the accuracy of their information, or any loss arising from your use of such third-party websites.
Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any business association or official endorsement between 1350 platform and the trademark owners, unless stated otherwise.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1350 platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, your use of the 1350 platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall be resolved through the applicable legal process under Malaysian jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to remain in full force and effect.
